Step 1:

Click on the Search Tab in Task Bar and type "cmd" Click on Run as Administrator

Step 2:

Now visit the Folder Containing that particular file and click on the folder head address bar to copy the folder location

Now in the CMD, Type the del and paste the copied address of the folder and also add the filename with its extension

del C:\Users\khurr\Desktop\Newfolder\testfile.txt
